Job Description

SAP FI/CO Consultant with good controlling skills related to manufacturing product costing

Implementation experience in Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Order, Product Costing (PC) and CO period-end closing processes

Experienced in integration points between FI/CO, Production Planning (PP), Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules

Must have sound configuration knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA relevant master data, profit center accounting, cost element accounting, cost center accounting, internal ordering, product costing and profitability analysis modules including budgeting and settlement processes

Must have sound configuration knowledge of material ledger and actual costing methodology.

Must have solid configuration knowledge of center commitment, cost center planning, evaluation cycle, delivery cycle, activity costing.

Should have good knowledge of COST SHEET preparation, allocation of overhead costing, template allocation, period ending procedures etc.

Must have good knowledge of account based and cost based COPA functionalities

Minimum 5-6 years of SAP project experience in control with exposure to S/4 HANA system. A total of 10 years of experience in FICO is required.

Manufacturing and/or project accounting experience is an advantage

Excellent English communication / presentation skills (oral and written)

Job Profile & Key Responsibilities

Provide expert level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the COSTING module of SAP S/4 HANA.

Understand the dependencies between CO and FI and other production and logistics modules.

Understand the configuration dependencies and interrelationships between individual functional modules of SAP and with this knowledge provide control expertise in the definition and resolution of issues in this area

Review established documentation designs for experimental implementation

Ensure compliance with existing and developing required data and reporting standards.

Support production configuration and assist with functional change requests. Make configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities

Quickly test issue fixes, change requests, enhancements, and new functionality

Ensure the integrity of the controlling module configuration of the SAP system.

Integration knowledge with other modules, especially SAP FI, MM, SD and SAP PP/QM etc.

Good knowledge, ability to understand the design/mapping of interfaces and with non-SAP third party systems and SAP systems (IDOC)

Perform break/fix analysis and suggest solutions for costing related processes
