Job Description

HR or SAP S/4 HANA Human Capital Management and integration with other HR systems.

Ability to perform FITGAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Architects Customization experience of SAP HCM solutions and understanding of core data structures and data flows.

Strong problem solving skills to resolve defects and issues by understanding customer needs and presenting options to resolve the issue.

Ability to identify, develop and implement gap solutions to meet business needs

Minimum 7 years of experience as a SAP HR/HCM functional consultant

Extensive experience in PA, OM modules – at least 3 – 4 Full life cycle implementation

Must have experience with SAP/S.4HANA

Experience in new personnel area creation, interface troubleshooting.

Strong communication (verbal/written) to support face time with client’s senior HR team members/leaders.

Required Educational Qualification:

BE/B. Tech., MCA, MBA.
