Job Role / Your Duties and Responsibilities
As we are working with a client from the pharma industry, the member should have at least a basic understanding of the regulatory framework for the pharmaceutical industry (FDA, GxP , SOX, GDPR).
The member should have sound knowledge of Change Management/Incident Management and should have at least 1 full cycle implementation with good experience.
Handling tickets and application support to end users by analyzing and resolving them.
respecting SLAs while working on incidents and service requests .
Identify recurring issues and fix them through root cause analysis.
Identifying gaps and suggesting improvements or enhancements.
Writing functional specs and interacting with developer to develop required changes
To be good at domain specific configuration.
To have business process knowledge and guide business users
To generate detailed estimation, unit test documentation in the provided template.
To peer review on solutions, estimates and tests.
Training of end users and preparation of end user training materials.
To plan changes according to release and to ensure that schedule is respected considering KPIs and SLAs.
Proactive in identifying potential issues and alerting solution owners in advance.
Qualifications needed to be successful in this role
Candidate should have 4-10 years of experience in SAP PP
Candidate should have good knowledge of support activities and with good experience in at least 1 full cycle implementation
Must have experience in PP module duplication and PP-PI process.
Should have expertise in MRP, LTP , MTO, MTS, PI-Sheet and Batch Management.
Data (BOM , resources, master recipe and production versions).
Must have experience in customizing for MRP, master data and shop floor.
Must have good knowledge of data (master inspection characteristics, quality plan, catalogue , selection set, sampling procedure, inspection method, sampling plan).
Must have experience in QM cycles with Procurement, Production, PM and SD.
Should have very good experience in Certificate ( Incoming Certificate and Outgoing).
Should have experience in support and should be able to perform break/fix analysis and suggest solutions.
Must be able to prepare documents such as business processes, functional specifications and RCA’s.
Must have analytical skills.
Must be able to train business users and end users.
Able to understand configuration dependencies between modules of SAP.
Must have knowledge in release management and new functionality/enhancement estimation.
Willing to work in shifts
