Job Description

Good knowledge of SAP HCM On-Premise Solution Personnel Management / Time Management, Organization Management, CATS

Must have experience in SAP US Payroll concepts and benefits would be an added advantage.

Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams providing SAP HR solutions to customers

Work with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the right solutions

Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint/configuration workbook, implementation based on blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, avail live support, and post live support)

ANALYZE AND GAP ANALYZE

Prepare TO BE document for proposed solution

Create test scripts to test the configured scenarios.

Prepare end user manual and user training document

Experience working in remote delivery model

Performance of Feasibility Study/Solution Review

Conducting requirement collection workshops and trainings

Role Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of application consulting experience (at least 2+ years of SAP implementation experience)

Certified in SAP HCM On-Premises

At least three end-to-end implementation experience in SAP HCM on-premises

Good knowledge on HR business processes

Good communication skills, both oral and written
