SAP HCM Consultant

Notice Period – Immediate -30 Days Joiners

1. Involved in production support (ticket resolution) for SAP HCM module. Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, Payroll, Loan, Travel Management, Advanced Claims and Employee Self Service (ESS) / Manager Self Service (MSS).

2. To take care of any new additions/changes in the existing implemented modules in respect of policy changes/statutory changes etc.

3. Involved in end-to-end implementation cycle, which includes requirement gathering, solution designing, configuration, legacy system data migration, functional specifications (FS) preparation, testing, test result documentation and user manual preparation.

4. Plan and execute Change Request (CR) which includes necessary development, testing and deployment efforts as per SAP guidelines and take necessary sign-off from business customer and finally execute the same as per timelines.

5. Conducting UAT/demo sessions with customer users for new changes/enhancements done in quality environment and then finally deploy it to production environment after customer approval.

6. Handling issues related to Monthly Payroll processing, Income Tax calculation, Changes in Tax Simplification Statement (TSS), Form 16, Incorporation of Union Budget changes, Creating a new salary type etc.

7. Resolving issues related to custom Webdynpro applications, reports, BDCs, forms, workflows, enhancements, etc. in coordination with SAP ABAP consultant .

8. Collaborate with SAP Basis team for SAP HR role authorization, SAP HCM patch upgrade activity, SAP note implementation and any other work related to database management.

9. Direct coordination/interaction with users at client site for any urgent production issues and any other day to day issues.

10. Knowledge of NWBC (Net Weaver Business Client) with respect to integration with other custom applications, any problems in accessing applications/links/reports in NWBC/Portal.

11. Monitoring of background jobs related to Leave Jobs, Payroll Jobs, SAP to Portal – Data Transfer Jobs, Attendance Jobs etc. in coordination with Sap Basis Consultant.

12. Collaboration with SAP Finance team for Reconciliation activity – Loan Module, GL (General Ledger) code mapping Symbolic Account for newly created wage types for correct posting in Balance Sheet and Expense Accounts.
